This cache is at The Cannon's Creek Public Access Boat Launching & Picnic Facility. This facility is on the Parr Reservoir and is part of the Broad River in Pomaria, SC.
Parr and Monticello reservioirs are use by SCE&G to generate Hydroelectric power and they provide several public access areas for people to enjoy year round. So spend some time to enjoy the area as well as the smiley.
The cache it's self is a micro sized container made to blend in well with it's enviroment so that it will not be spotted by the average muggle. There is room for small coins and pathtags and the log but not much more than that.
