At the listed coordinates you will find a small plaque on a concrete pillar commemorating the 'Jolimont Progress Hall'. You can read all about it whilst there. You should as you will need information from the plaque to find the first waypoint, only a couple of hundred metres away.
To find WP1 you will need to use the two years listed on the plaque, let's call them ABCD and EFGH.
To find WP1;
subtract C(H-E)G from the South coordinate
add AH to the East coord
At WP1 you will find another plaque, 2 in fact! At the end of the older plaque, there is a date, you require the year. Let's call this WXYZ.
To find the final;
add WX to the South coordinate
add ZX to the East coord
