This Cache is for my special friend and caching partner on her 3000th cache find. Wanted to place this at 3000 feet but this is as close as I got. I so much enjoy our geocaching hunts and our friendship. This milestone cache is For You, From Me. Mossy Creek.
This special tribute cache for my friend TIFD is up up up Horse Rock Ridge Trail. The beginning is a nice steady uphill with downed trees and branches in the path. Then out into the open meadow and through the tree gate to the upper level. On a good day the view is spectacular. Then up the ridge over a slippery rock trail and onward and upward. Watch your step through the marshy spots and over more of the bedrock trails. Not quite to the top but close, hidden off the North side of the trail through the trees you will find your bouquet of flowers. Hope they bloom for you forever.
