Historic religious viewpoint in Kallepia village. Set above the old infant schoolhouse now rebuilt as a cafe, bar, restaurant. Old single cell monastery with lovely views to the Paphos Forest and Troodos Mountains.
There are two roads into Kallepia from the E207. Take the second and turn right where the red-brick road junction is located and then turn left in 200M at the first paved road downhill to the big family Church. Park at the Church and walk a short distance to the cache. There are two coffee shops in Kallepia, a Cypriot Taverna open most nights, and the Cafe Bar Restaurant under new management from February 2018. Many good hiking trails start in Kallepia. One of a series of caches hidden by PajeroPinin in this area. Park and grab OR the first cache in a series which ends in Episkopi village. If you are walking to Episkopi be aware that there are steep downhill descents and you need to be prepared for a hike of close to 10 Kms. If you call the CO on 99045995 (Robert) I could arrange to return you to your car at Kallepeia (max. 4 persons).
