This cache is placed outside of an old water treatment tank that happens to be within Gunpowder Falls State Park. There used to be a cache inside of this container called Going In Circles. It sounded like a fun cache so I was hoping I could place another cache in there. I begged and pleaded my case with the Park Ranger but he stated that they really couldn't approve a cache where someone could so easily be hurt and they didn't really want to bring people to that section of the park, since it's not really maintained very well. As you'll see when you get there, there are tons of illegal ATV trails all around here.
If you want to experience what those earlier cachers experienced, feel free to climb into the container. The echoes in there are amazing. The graffiti is really outstanding. Check out this video for what it looks and sounds like to be inside.
There is a community and street parking right next to the cache, however, it is all marked as NO PARKING. Closest legal Gunpowder Falls State Park parking is Jones Road Parking. Along the railroad bridge, there is a place for human to cross. It's not posted to stay off and it's plenty wide. In the summer, you can probably cross along the stream in some spots.
Once you get there, you'll see why it's hard to get a solid signal. I did my best to get good coords. Feel free to post yours if you think mine are off. That is, if you actually find it.
