Maker Madness Celebration (visit link)

Please bring a container if you wish to create one for hiding.
Please Lug-a-Mug if you would like some Hot Chocolate (a limited amount will be providied)

Date: Saturday March 29, 2014

Time: 9:30 am to 11 am

Place: BC Parks - Goldstream Park Picnic Area.

Every one who logs an attended will receive a Souvenir from Geocaching HQ for their profile.

Agenda:

9:30 to 9:45
Opening by Landsharkz explaining the rules on how to place caches and respect our environment.

9:45 to 9:55
Participants will be split into groups and will be instructed to spend 30 minutes at a Station of their choice. There will be time after the Event to finish your creation if you need it. Please note that we need to move folks along so everyone gets a chance to visit the stations during the event.

9:55 to 10:55
Visiting stations

Station 1
Displays of various store bought and home made containers, log books, camouflage, and natural items
Demo by Landsharkz on how to camouflage a container using spray paint

Station 2
Interactive tables - Camouflage and old containers will be provided by The_Incredibles_ to practise on. Please bring your own container if you want to create a container to hide

Station 3
Infomation and a demonstration about intercaching provided by The_Incredibles_ and SoobaxM.
You will need a smart phone for finding an intercache Please come prepared and share with those who don't have one. Thank you.
