The dictionary defines adrenaline as “a hormone that is secreted by the adrenal medulla in response to stress and increases heart rate, pulse rate, and blood pressure, and raises the blood levels of glucose and lipids.” We all know that many things can cause an adrenaline rush. This cache for instance can cause an adrenaline rush based on many factors. Could it be the sudden whiz of a car barreling around the blind curve as you cross the road? Could it be the huge gust of wind blowing at such great speed that it could possibly topple you off the side of the road? Could it be a creepy insect, a desert critter or a thorny cactus ready to surprise you at a moment’s notice? Who knows? Seek out this cache and find out for yourself!
To find the cache, head east on Highway 165 toward Placitas. Parking is available on either side of the road, but if you park on the eastbound side, please use extreme caution while crossing the road as there is indeed a blind curve that hides oncoming cars. Enjoy the rush!
There is a prize for the FTF.
