A series of 12 caches on a 3 1/2 mile walk. These are called Lily's walk because this is one of our border collie's favourite walks. These can be completed as a circular walk, in both directions. All caches have been placed with the kind permission of Suffolk Nature reserve. As this area is of scientific special interest please keep to the footpaths and treat the area with respect.
This circular walk is situated on the lovely Carlton marshes. This is one of the caches in a series of 12 on a circular walk. All caches are on public footpaths. Care should be taken as the footpath runs beside dykes and the river. Can be very muddy. Various containers are used, in all sizes from micro to small. Between cache 6 and 8 there may sometimes be a bull in the field. Throughout the walk there are many chances to see lots of wildlife including heron, marsh harriers and owls. There is no need to leave the footpath. We walk this route regularly with Lily, our border collie, so say hi if you see us. You will need a log removal tool and a pen. Unfortunately, due to flood defence work I have had to remove Lily Walk 7
