Lets World CITO day 2014
With such a fantastic organisation and a souvenir to be got for the day. Simple log a CITO as attended in 26th and 27tth of April and you are awarded a special souvenir. The area has had a CITO before but we didn't even make a dent into it last time, so this time we will give it a good go. There will be red cones along the track with bags under them so you can drop and start with a new bag as you walk the trail. Event will start @ 3:00pm & conclude @ 7:30pm. We will be putting on a BBQ (5:30pm) with basic sausages, bread and sauce. You are more than welcome to bring your own meat and cook yourself for tea as well as maybe bring a salad or sweet to enjoy or share. The kids love cupcakes and I love fairy bread. See you all there
Go to the coordinates where you will find a registration table with logbook. We recommend you bring gloves and any rubbish bags if possible, but on the day basic gloves will be provided (these are for mess not sturdy gloves). We suggest a good set of leather gloves. There will be bins provided for rubbish and recyclables next to the registration desk.

Geocachers around the world celebrate International Cache In Trash Out weekend annually by hosting and participating in Cache In Trash Out Events in their local area. Events might be focused on litter clean-up, removal of invasive species, revegetation efforts or building trails. Together, we make an enormous positive impact. Did we mention that we also have a bit of fun while we're at it?
CITO on every hunt
Cache In Trash Out doesn't just happen once a year. It can easily happen on every geocache adventure. Bring a trash bag along with you on your walks in the woods and pick up the occasional piece of trash you see on the trail. Even this small act can make a huge difference.
