Cathy: A significant guideline for geocache placement is that [url=http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#restrictedareas]geocaches are not placed in restricted, prohibited or otherwise inappropriate locations[/url]. While Geocaching HQ will sometimes make an exception for military bases in locations where it is not safe to venture off-base, that is not the case here. I'm sorry, but I must archive this.
