Butt Cache#3 continues my objective to get people out there and moving and climbing and enjoying the day.
When I first started working at Ryan Ranch, I did a lot of exploring to find where I could walk during lunch. One day, my co-worker and I came to this spot and saw the road on the other side of the barbed wire fence and wondered about it - thinking it was public access as it leads up to the water tank. We crossed over (the fence was less substantial at that time) and started heading down. We passed a very nice house, but then came to a very nice gate, and a very nice fence. Our options were to backtrack (quite a ways up the hill), or lay down on the road/driveway and roll under the gate.
So that is how two women close to the mid-century mark ended up rolling around on the ground during lunch. I would love to see the surveillance video of that one.
