It requires a short STEEP CLIMB rated at a terrain level of #3-4 staying next to the rocks gives you better leverage up the hill.It is a goverment maintained dirt road which varies in spots with rocks 4x4 would be HELPFUL.There are easier ways around it if you park more closer to the sign in the road. We took the hard way up and made it up at dusk with no problem.
Its hidden in a Blue plastic laundry soap container. From the right angle a peak of it is vissible. It's covered in a natural hole in the rock and then covered rocks on top of it almost to the top of the bucket. When you get to the spot we parked right in the road since there is barely no traffic up there & hiked up. You don't even need 4 wheel drive if you got a car that doen't mind a dirty road with a few big rocks few and far between. If you need a sign let it be known Don't disturb the cow's, or what could be left from them.
