Cachers, stashers, makers, hiders, experts, novices and all are welcome to attend a Maker Madness Event in Toms River, NJ!
Have you hidden any caches that are favorites among the community and are willing to share your knowledge with others?
Or maybe you have't hidden a cache yet and have questions or would like to see what can be done?
All are welcome at this hands on event where you will have the opportunity to build and take home your very own cache!
The Boy Scouts have been kind enough to allow us use of their facility on Whitesville Rd:
Saturday, March 29th
10am-12pm.
Everyone is invited to attend to learn about the game, learn what makes a cache great, how to pick a great location and/or to share your personal experiences with making and hiding a geocache!
*As an added bonus, Groundspeak will be awarding a special souvenir to all geocachers who attend!*
This is a family friendly, all ages event and we would love to get to meet you and answer your questions or hear about your favorite caches!
If you'd like to bring anything from home that you think has the possibility of being a great cache, then we invite you to do so! Supplies will also be available to build your own geocache on site!
In addition, there are many great caches in the area that you can find before or after the event, and you may get the opportunity to meet the cache owners themselves while you're here!
