It's time for another rousing edition of Come Be Surly Bright & Early! This time, we are celebrating Maker Madness. All attendees of a Maker Madness event celebrating the geocache hiders and makers will get a Maker Madness souvenir for their profile!
Maker Madness Contest:
We will be giving away one swag-stocked ammo can as a prize. To enter the contest, submit your best cache idea before the event to me through my profile. I will read all of the submitted ideas at the event, and will randomly select a winner. You have to attend to win, and we'll look forward to see the winning idea in action!
Join us for breakfast in Doylestown at 6:30am-8:30am on Friday, March 28. This event is a 2.5 difficulty because I know how hard it is for some of you to be up at the crack of dawn (or even the crack of noon, as the case may be.)
We'll have an area set aside for us, and you can come anytime up to 8:29 and still "attend," though the more you can come hang out and socialize with your fellow cachers, the better. If you haven't been to an event before, we'd love to meet you!
Please post a "Will Attend" log with how many in your party by March 25 so we know how many to tell the local establishment to plan for. Thanks, and hope to see you there!
