Walter Wu: I regret that I am archiving this cache. It has apparently disappeared, perhaps because of the popularity of its location and the amount of muggle traffic it receives.

I will submit for publication GC510KW Lotus lake: Viewing Platform, which has a nearby but more secluded location.
