King George V promulgated the prefix "Royal" in 1923 for the Canadian Air Force and made it official in 1924. This year (2014) marks the 90th anniversary of the founding of the RCAF. For many years the maple leaf has been proudly painted on the sides of Canadian aircraft.
This is my first letterbox hybrid cache. It is also the largest cache of the series with the most stuff. Please use but do not take the two stamps I have left in the box – the paw (gillie434) and the poodle (The Squirrel Chaser). Thanks.
