K9FONTANA Traditional Cache

This is a difficulty 5 cache but it it may be easy to find if you decipher the hint correctly.  It is a small tube with a cable tie attached for extraction.  If you are so lucky to find it PLEASE return the cache to its hidden location so that others can drive themselves nuts trying to find it.

The FONTANA Hotel/Motel/Restaurant was the most famous Winter Texan gathering spot in the Valley during the 50's thru the 80's.  In the late 80's it changed hands and with the advent of so many new restaurants and trailer parks the business fell off and the building fell into disrepair.  It was condemned and torn down in the mid 90's.   It occupied a 6 acre plot of land that has now been cleared and the building torn down. > 2017 . . . The GZ area has been greatly defoliated by the extreme dry weather as well as slash and bulldoze clearing. But . . . The hint is still valid and the cache is intact exactly where it is supposed to be. Keep in mind this cache is a D5 and do not be disappointed if you come up empty. Beware of sand burrs and don't bring your dog on foot or you will have to carry it out.
