Geocache Description:

The Forest Friends series of 4 caches takes you on a tour of woodland near Little Eaton.  A round trip walk of a little over  2½   miles.  All the containers have a woodland theme.

Please be aware that Moor Lane is a no through gated road. It is shown as a route on some Sat Nav’s THIS IS NOT THE CASE.  See Forest Friends 02 for a story about one poor soul who came a cropper through not heeding this advice!

Having climbed slightly up from the track you can now set about finding the cache.

The circular walk from the parking spot shown for Forest Friends 01 took me 1.5 hours to do when setting the caches.  Should be less than 5 minutes to get to here from Forest Friends 02.

Please re-hide so that the caches so they can not be directly seen, but not so well that the next cacher won’t be able to find them!
