Geocache Description:

Riparian (rye-Pair-ian) "Made in the Shade" Nice Walk along the Valley of the Rogue State Park! Enjoy the Views and have FUN! Smile!

Riparian areas are curcial parts of a water shed. Trees and Shrubs growing at the waters edge eventually end up in the water. (Lets hope the Cache does not end up in the water.) Before and after the Trees and Shrubs fall they provide food and shelter for a multitude of animals. They offer Shade from Summer Sun. Their Roots bind the soil along the Barks and slow Reosion futher, a Healty Ripairian areas filters soil run off and other pollutants from adjacent feilds or sloper protecting water quality.

Cache is a Large Container clear bottom with a Big Red Top hence, wraped in a Camo Sleave to keep it Dry. The Cache is FULL of goodies for All ages. Please Follow the Geocaching Rule: If you Take something from the Cache - Put something back Equal or Greater Value! There are a few other caches in this park so enjoy the walk and the views along the Rogue River. Help by putting the Cache back the way you Find it to keep it going for a Long While! Also include a Travel Coin called "The Cache Traveler" keep it moving and watch the Fun!
