Fly Low Silo Traditional Cache

A quick park and grab.   No need to explore the silo - in fact- I recommend you DO NOT explore the silo.  It is unsafe and potentially dangerous.  The cache is NOT in or at the silo.  Could almost be retrieved from your vehicle.  While in the area check out the "Fly Away" caches.
