This is on the Ithaca Commons. There's 15 min free parking on Green at Cayuga St in front of City Hall. Or you can park close by at a meter. High muggle area, but with a little acting (heck, you could be in movies!) you should have lots of time to search for this one. While logging in, look to the south to see fly-fishing at its most awesomnimity.
