Geocache Description:

Bridgewater Dönerstag
7:30pm-8:15pm, Thursday, April 13, 2017

Enjoy a short evening event to hang out with fellow geocachers and earn the first-ever Dönerstag souvenir. While we won't have kebabs, there will be lots of donuts close at hand (which have a ready-made hole to go on a skewer).

There will be the usual door prizes, good company, and good conversation. And hopefully by then there'll even be some signs of spring. See you there!

About Dönerstag - from The Geocaching Blog

Dönerstag began in 2007 when German cachers met at kebab shops around the country all at the same time. The tradition caught on!

These special events are held each year on a Thursday. In German, this makes the name “Dönerstag” a pun: The German word for Thursday is “Donnerstag.” Kebab translates to “Döner.”
