A good spot for fishing with a great view of the Snake River and Lake Wallula. After getting FTF on nearby cache GC511HB-" Martindale Habitat: River View " we decided to honor the tradition of hiding a new cache after getting a FTF...enjoy and please re-hide as found!
Trucks and SUV's should be able to park within 100' or so of the cache but smaller vehicles be weary of the rocky road when the pavement ends on Martindale Rd. Lake Wallula stretches from McNary Dam upstream to Priest Rapids Dam on the Columbia River and upstream to Ice Harbor Dam on the Snake River. You can catch many different kinds of fish here including salmon, walleye, smallmouth bass, crappie, carp and sturgeon. Congrats to SP&SFAN on FTF!
