Geocache Description:

During the Ice Age, when the glacial ice covered prehistoric Georgia, a great deal of geological changes occurred. But the sun came out, the ice melted, and the low country was changed to what we see today. The glaciers formed many geologic features: the rich river deltas, the vast swamps and wetlands, the incredible barrier islands of the Georgia coast and the miles and miles of beaches. Aside from depositing some of the most incredible sand on the planet, some other remnants from the time remain behind. This cache is a classic example of glacial depositing.

This is near a frequented place; take the necessary steps to make sure that this unique geologic feature is not "discovered" by now-believers or the curious. Please take the opportunity to visit this cache if you're drivin' by...
