During the first year that Prytz and +1 lived in Hampton Roads, Prytz became incredibly fascinated by baseball. As a result, we got ourselves all the equipment to start having pickup games with some of the other students in Prytz's program. We were out in this park on a weekly basis, having a great time playing some nice, easy ball.
The cache is located in "left field", and in fact some of our crew could (and would) hit balls all the way back here. This is a replacement for our previous cache in this park, Centerfield Long Ball, that kept getting muggled. Please use stealth! This is a very active park at times, with both the basketball courts being very popular in the warmer weather, and the open field is a very popular dog park. And since it is a park, sunrise to sunset caching only!
Congrats to geospillz for their swift FTF!
