STARTING COORDINATES:
NORTH: Given a circle with the area of one acre, the radius of that circle in meters has the same value as the North coordinates in decimal degrees.
WEST: Given a nonagon (regular nine sided polygon) with the area of one acre, the side length in feet has the same value as the West coordinates in decimal degrees.
FINAL COORDINATES:
Your final answer should have 6 places after the decimal. I have given you two more than should be required for final answer accuracy. Using the same process as above you should be able to find the cache as follows:
NORTH: Given a circle which has an area of 0.9981098826 acres, the radius of that circle in meters has the same value as the North coordinates in decimal degrees.
WEST: Given a nonagon (reGulaR ninE sidEd polygoN) with the area of 1.0003506409 ACRES, the side length in feet has the same value as the West coordinates in decimal degrees.
If you have the right answer, you can double check because the correct coordinates (in decimal degrees) have 4/6 digits after the decimal place in common the other 2 are different by one.
We’ve hidden some good stuff in this one, bring something interesting to trade and a pen to sign.
BEWARE OF MUGGLES ON THE WEEKEND.
Help us keep this one a secret while caching. But feel free to visit this locale again on Sunday.
The creators of this cache gratefully recognize the help of www.wolframalpha.com in the design of this cache.
Congrats to Team Geologynut and Ol'Fogies on the FTF.
