I live in an area surrounded by vast numbers of geo-caches - but there are SO very many “micro” caches around here - and so VERY few of what I call “traditional” caches.
I well remember in the “early days” of geocaching - virtually ALL caches contained stuff that you could take away -as long as you left something in return. This was great for families and gave youngsters that little bit extra – they never knew what might be in the container! I’ve nothing against micro’s ..... it’s just that I love caches with “things” in them - so that ALL family members can get involved .
This may explain why I’m placing “Dave’s Family Caches” in this area!!! Don’t forget ..... if you take something OUT, please put something back IN.
Each cache is named after members of my family and and the names of some good friends.
