in our disclaimer.
This cache has two physical locations but only at the final can you sign a logbook.
You will need the information in this description and a way to shoot an azimuth.
The cache is located within Coonskin park and is accessible before dusk.
If the gate across from the playground is closed it may be better to try when said gate is open.
The containers are camouflaged and terrain varies from season to season.
This is a field puzzle.
You will need to shoot an azimuth to solve for the final cache and be familiar with ROT13.
It requires some vertical ascension and some lateral thinking.
The cache is not at the listed coordinates, but the clues will lead you to the first stage of the puzzle.
INSTRUCTIONS
The actual cache is located at N38 23.ABE W081 34.GGH
You will decode this using the directions below:
Start at the posted coordinates to unravel the coordinates. Visiting the second waypoint will allow you to collect information leading to the 1st stage container.
The physical container at Stage 1 will lead you to the logbook and final cache
Stage 1: She initiated the preservation of this park and protected it from the expanding airport nearby. She has a stone trail marker named in her honor at this location. The first digit is "A" and the number of letters in the middle of her name is "G". Count the petals of one flower for “E”.
Stage 2: Observe rules of the park and obey posted signs. Stay within the limit and use the second number for "H". Count the pointed edges on one side of the sign for "B"
If you’re able to reach inside these clues and withdraw a cache, you may continue your discovery after replacing the cache exactly as you found it. You will not need to shoot an azimuth until after you find this container.
Your ability to sign the final cache's logbook will rely on your sense of direction.
Inside the first container, there will be degrees to shoot your azimuth.
AZIMUTH:
Shoot the first azimuth degrees (given at the first stage/container) from the NERN sign (also given).
That will take you to a different type of sign, identified in the first container. It will be a colorful relative of the first container;s content.
From that sign, shoot the final azimuth (given in the first stage/container) to find the cache and logbook within 70 meters ATCF.
