Wheatland hill series Traditional Cache

This is the second (or first, depending on how you look at it) cache in the Wheatland hill series.  My family and I ride our bikes into town for a fun summers day.  But whenever we comeback, we have to come up this monster hill.  This cache is dedicated to this massive hill which has made us work so hard.  There aren't many muggles except for the ones driving by on the highway and the ones driving down the hill to get on the highway.  So lookout for cars!  Hopefully this cache doesn't blow away because it is mighty windy and the rock inside helps with that.  Hopefully this cache is quite easy and good luck!
