The best thing to do in this area is, after finding this cache, go back 20 metres, skip over the wall at the steps on the right, skirt around the hilltop, go through the hole in the fence and very carefuly approach the exposed edge (hold hands here) to experience an amazing view.
It is rumoured in the Washington Post that there is something up here to do with 'Your Move' and international espionage. I could not possibly comment on classified operational information like that though.
Tell me this, if no one works in this Electric Hilltop why do they need exercise equipment, huh?
And what's with the fleet of black windowed SUV's in the Blue Pitch car park? And the man in the rather basic washroom with sun glasses, lapel badge and ear microphone? Make sure you are not followed.
