I have passed by here a few times and have always wanted to take a look at this little bridge. It is a tiny little road that comes off Route 9 and seems to go up the mountain. However, I would not recomend using said bridge, as it looks like it is way overdue for some maintenance. Though I just love how they have it blocked off with a little locked gate to keep you from driving across it. As if anyone in their right mind would do so! Anyway, this cache is hidden very close to the bridge, but not on or attached to it in any way. I thought that might be a bit dangerous and didn't really want anyone getting hurt. Also, please do this cache from Route 9, do not attempt from the Northway (I-87). That would just be dangerous and foolish!

Side Note: This is one of a series of unrelated caches that were all hidden on the same day. I know that there is some fierce competition around here to get FTF, some people even having personal goals to get so many FTF's per month. As such, I am specifically trying to stagger the release dates to give more people a chance to get at least one FTF. I figured if they all came out at the same time, and that happened to be the day you had to work or some other such real life conflict it really makes it hard to get that coveted spot on the log.
