Geocache Description:

I archived my previous cache 'Sidetracked - Carluke/Cathair MoLuaig' after it had been muggled three times.  Like the Phoenix it has now risen from the ashes, but in a different location. To attempt to help this one to last a bit longer I have made it just a little more difficult to get its location.

The cache is not at the above coordinates, but it is less than 150 metres away.

Trains run to Ayr, Dalmuir and Milngavie via Glasgow and to Lanark and, thanks I think mainly to the endeavours of former MSP Karen Gillon, there is a direct service to Edinburgh. So considerate of ScotRail to provide trains for the citizens of Edinburgh to get to and from Carluke! At about the same time as the introduction of the Glasgow/Edinburgh via Carluke service, a free car park for 330 cars was constructed with high intensity lighting and many CCTV cameras.

So, for the cache location-

You should be able to see 6 lines of text above in red. I discovered today that, on my work PC, I could only see 3. In case you have this problem, you can download them as a Word document by clicking here.

You do not have to cross the fence onto Network Rail land.

This was not my first choice of location, but by an amazing coincidence, brisho06 submitted their cache 'Station Road' at almost the same time as me, but just before. First in gets precedence, so I had to move mine to comply with the minimum cache spacing guidelines.

For more station information, read the related web page noted above or brish06's excellent write-up.
