Drive on Kirkland Ranch Rd. and continue right onto Drinkwater Road. Pull off the road on a wide spot. Hike up a short grassy incline to cache. Watch for bluebirds in the spring.
A camouflaged cache looking over a large open meadow. This ranch is currently not in operation, but has been here for many years. The fire in the late spring of 2013 burnt the old homestead at the end of the field to the south.
