As part of our family-friendly Ranger Rick's 5-cache (4 parks) Geocaching. You may or may not get your feet wet, depending on conditions. Bring something to trade. Each of our five caches have a card with information, including an animal footprint for you to guess and then using the enclosed stamp, stamp the answer on your passport. You'll see traces of Whitetail deer and the park is home to many birds, duck and geese.
This park is a natural perserve area of 109.13 acres. 30.43 acres purchased in 1996 for $57,100 and 71.70 acres purchased in 1999 for $146,000. Both of these purchases were 50% funded by the State of Wisconsin. In 2004, 7 acres was dedicated to the park by the Eagel Crest Plat subdivision project. The park is named after a long-time mayor of the City of Neenah.
There are two spots to park, to access this cache. Either on Cty G by the sign (a small grassy parking area) or by the sidewalk (the sidewalk between the two houses) on Nature Trail Dr.
