I have lived in Janesville and Milton most of my life. This is one of those spots you drive by but never go see. It is along the bike trail and just beautiful in most times of the year.I have been caching for about a year and travel a lot, I have seen many unique caches that have made me think.
This is my second " not just another camo tree cache" not that I don't LOVE those and have found many but this takes on a curve. Finding the cache for most will be kind of easy but the log is a bit more fun.
Traditionally there are a few fishing muggles but they are a bit away. The trail has many and at the right time could be a problem. Good luck on being stealthy and happy hunting!!!
This does not require a special tool but ya might have something in your pack or car that refreshes and is also a key...
Don't forget your surroundings and think on that name...
