Geocache Description:

A stealthy hide placed at the side of a footpath in a clearing with a wonderful view.

The cache is well hidden on the side of a footpath which crosses the disused workings of the "Gregory lead mine", Ashover.

The footpath from Gin Lane, Overton heads in a SSW direction. The path has a steady climb to it and can get quite muddy in places in wet weather but in general it is firm going. The walk, as mentioned has a climb to it but should be manageable to most people, our 5 year old can manage it without problems. At the cache site there is a fantastic view overlooking Milltown, Ashover Hay with Ogston reservoir in the distance.
