Sheila's Cache Traditional Cache

Just off the Pilot Rock Jeep Truck Trail there is a small hill with a cluster of rocks on top. From the hill, you have an expansive view of Silverwood Lake, the San Gabriel Mountains, and the small memorial for Sheila.

This cache is in memory of Sheila.  She died geocaching with her family on the Pilot Rock Jeep Truck Trail.  She was doing what she loved most, spending time with her family outdoors.  She was a beautiful bundle full of energy and is missed by all that knew her.  The trail is not easy, because Sheila would have wanted a hike and a beautiful view.  The best way to the cache is marked with a rock path.  Bring your dog, give them a treat from the cache, and then a big hug.  Hopefully this cache brightens your day, just like Sheila would have.
