Most people know this location as Scot's View, named after the famous Sir Walter Scot.
For me this place has another special significance in that it was the last place my father visited before passing away in March 2014.
In 1982 my older brother Martin bought me a glider in kit form. It was rather large and compex for a 12 year old so my father helped me build it over the next few years on and off. As I became a teenage, I gave up, but my dad carried on bit by bit when he had some time. After a few years it was ready to fly but I didnt want to see it crash so it sat on top of my Mum and Dad's wardrobe for the next 32 years!!
In July 2013 my Dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer. One of his wishes was to see that plane fly (actually - he didnt want my Mum hurting herself getting it down from the wardrobe once he was gone!). On 2nd March 2014 my brother and I took Dad up to Scot's View to fly the plane. We hoped it would glide far far away and never be seen again (not very environmentally friendly I know!!). Well...it "flew" 4 times and didn't make more than 20 yards but we had a great laugh. The damaged plane is now in storage for me to mend, put on top of my wardrobe, and fly again with my children, grandchildren, brother and his children and grandchildren in another 30 years time!

The cache is at the planes landing spot. Please be careful as this is a popular spot with lots of muggles.
