Geocache Description:

This is a simple and easy to find cache placed along the Stockport / Greenport trail, linking Harrier Hill park with Greenport Conservation area. You are looking for a Lock-N-Lock befitting the cache name, just a short distance from the trail.

FTF Prize is an unactivated geocoin that I placed with the log book. Congratulations to gjal1978 on the FTF!

From CLCTrust.org: The 2 mile Stockport / Greenport trail connects the Greenport Conservation Area with Harrier Hill Park. It travels through 325 acres of protected, publically accessible land owned by NY State DEC and Scenic Hudson; this is in addition to Greenport and Harrier Hill. The trail is moderately difficult with some short, yet steep hills and seasonal stream crossings. The trail has several sections of boardwalk and travels through woods and meadows. The trail is managed and maintained by CLC.

You can choose to approach this cache from either of the two parks above or if in a group and you have two cars, park one at each and hike through.

Do not attempt to approach this cache from Green Acres road. Doing so would be trespassing on private property.
