This cache takes you out west of Cedar City and provides a nice panoramic view of Cedar mountain from Brian Head down to Kolob.
You should drive west on Midvalley road and continue west when Midvalley turns into a dirt road.(Correction: the road is now oiled most of the way!) After a few miles, the road will start to fork several times and you will need to use your GPS to pick the right roads. The cache is in an ammo can located in a rock formation south of a dry pond. The cache is approximately 250 feet from the nearest road although there are several roads nearby.
You will also notice a larger rock hill not far away that provides a fun climb/view after you find the cache!
