Texas Canyon Traditional Cache

This Geologically fascinating area is usually only seen while cruising past at 75 (or faster!).
This 7.62mm Ammo can is hidden in the rocks and bushes just off Interstate 10 at Texas Canyon. It is a short hike from an exit road amongst boulders typical of the area. The cache is seeded with a water gun, an emergency poncho, a sleeve of 3 golf balls, Keys to the Spacecraft keychain, an emergency space blanket, a whistle, an eyeglass repair kit and a combo whistle/compass/thermometer/magnifier/keychain.
