Just one more cache located on this popular walking and cycling trail that generally follows Bendigo Creek as it meanders its way across the city from Kangaroo Flat to Epsom and beyond.
Some 20 hides both past and present have been placed on or nearby this well maintained and ever extending track.
If traveling by automobile please park nearby and approach GZ on foot, keeping in mind this is close by a very busy main arterial, so appropriate caution will be necessary both for your own welfare and cache integrity.
The container is small and only contains a log sheet, so please bring your own pen. When extracting the log a tool should not be necessary if using the intended approach!
Important Note: I've received a report that some searchers have been stripping the nearby tree in their quest to find the cache. Please note that the cache isn't on the tree, or indeed anywhere near it. Nor is there any need to go anywhere near the creek. The cache is actually in plain sight and very close to the footpath. If you're having trouble finding the cache, the hint provided should help.
