This cache is placed by an historic building that was hopping during the time of John Looney's era. This office building in the 1920s was a office for prostitutes and a lot of other illegal activity. The owner became a huge rival of Looney and eventually orchestrated an attack on Looney and his son Conner. BYOP, thanks!
