Zgrada Ratarnice – prve poljoprivredne škole u Požegi sagrađena je u historicističkom duhu 1886. godine, a nedugo potom oko nje uređen je i park. Park je zamišljen u francuskom, baroknom i geometrijskom stilu u kojem dominira simetrija. U njemu danas ima oko sedamdeset različitih sorti drveća i grmlja, manje autohtonih, a više kultiviranih vrtlarskih formi. Park danas uređuju i održavaju učenici i djelatnici škole.

English:
The building Ratarnica – the first Farm school in Požega was built in historical spirit in 1886,
and soon after that the park around it was decorated. The park was planned in French, baroque and geometrical style where symmetry dominates. Today it has about seventy different sorts of trees and bushes, less autochthonous, and more culture gardening forms. The park is edited and maintained by students and employees of the school.
Near the park and Farm school to the east there is an old building of "Center for directed education" which is today used by three high schools: Technical, Crafting and Economical. Nearby the school, to the north, there is a Students house.
