A simple two-point multi-stage cache.
Total walking distance should be a little
over one mile.
The path is very muddy in spots (at least in winter/spring), so I
recommend wearing hiking boots. Some of
the trail is not very kid-friendly, at least for younger children.
There is not an established parking area at either of the likely starting points. A closed road sign is a good indication that you are on the right track. GPS signal reception can be somewhat weak and will worsen as the trees fill in with leaves. I have had very mixed readings at three different times with two GPSrs even though the estimated error is relatively low. However, you should be successful if you get anywhere close to each point, particularly with the hints.
The final cache is a large olive ammo box. I believe you will find the object where the cache is hiding to be fairly impressive.
