To find the webcam virtual cache:
Go to the coordinates of this cache.
The coordinates get you near the cache. They are not exact coordinates telling you where to stand.
Call a friend and have them locate the web cam online.

Once there the bar area can be selected and the nice thing about it is you can position the camera so it will be easier to get into the shot.
Let them guide you on where to stand for the best picture. Show your
GPS and smile!
When your friend sees a good webcam picture, have
them right click on the webcam picture and select save. Then they can send you the picture so you can upload it in your log.
Include the photo of you with your GPS taken with the webcam.
Don't log it until you have your picture ready for upload.
Make sure that you are seen in the
picture and it is obvious that you are at the cache site.
