Aboriginal Noodle Loops Mystery Cache

This is the first puzzle cache written by 'H' of the Chasem Crew. He's the eldest of the junior members so hope you enjoy his puzzle. There maybe a small amount of inspiration gained from one of croquetmike's puzzles (thanks CM!).

The cache is not at the published co-ordinates but all you need to do is solve the following puzzle:
