Geocache Description:

This cache is located in Heavener Runestone Park in Heavener, OK. The Heavener Runestone refers to the large stone in the park which contains runes believed to have been written by Vikings. A park was created to protect the stone due to the efforts of Gloria Farley who began leading the research of the stone in the 1920's.

This cache is in plain sight to all visitors but only cachers will know its a cache. Good luck!!
