Poor Pvt. Shannon finds himself wandering through the cedar trees in Niobrara State Park! In this area, you get a nice view of the confluence of the Niobrara and Missouri rivers and the Chief Standing Bear Memorial bridge that crosses the Missouri River, it was dedicated on August 29, 1998.
A State Park permit will be needed for your vehicle if you choose to search for the cache! At this time the yearly permit is $25 but the daily is only $5.
