Cache is not at the listed coordinates. You must solve the puzzle to find it. You are looking for an ammo can that is hidden with permission on city of Mattoon property

The evil pirate One Eyed Fat Back McGee has been attempting to steal Princess Sami's treasure. Knowing Fat Back was close to discovering it on the island. She enlisted the help of the good king Zed to help her rehide it. Together the two of them started planning their adventure. North 67 130 degress 44 4 point 4 130 152
Fat Back enlisted the help of the evil queen Billie and her court jester Roxy. The three of them started planning to intercept them. Fat Back, queen Billie and the jestor could only imagine what the treasure could be. Pieces of eight, gold and silver. The possibilities are endless. West 162 92 92 degress 44 127 point 92 115 127
Princess Sami and king Zed set sail with the treasure. They had an armada of six ships. Unfortunately for them the evil queen and Fat Back had seven ships. After nine days at sea Princess Sami was able to elude Fat Back and arrived on a distant shore. They trekked inland for four days and found the perfect hiding place. There is zero percent chance that Fat Back can find it. Solve the above puzzle and you can find the treasure and trade riches.
